70% Pinot Noir et 30% Chardonnay

Beautiful white gold colour with green hints. Fine , melting bubbles. It is first of all fruity  that suggests age, and with delicate floral notes, with a wealth of toast notes Good age with notes of brioche and butter. A taste rich and fine, good balance between softness and freshness, the strength and finesse of a finish fresh and lemony.
