Beautiful colour yellow with hints of lime green. Abundant and persistent foam, fine bubbles. Aromas, a rich aromatic palette, fruity and floral with pastries (pear tarts and milk caramel). Grace and distinction. Strong and pleasant taste. A good balance between freshness, firmness and race. Hazelnut, fresh butter, vanilla.
It's a champagne sure of itself that will certainly go with foie gras and shellfish.
Nevertheless, it can be drunk as an aperitif and, why not, with a dessert.
