70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay

Beautiful pale gold yellow colour, lively and light, abundant and creamy foam .An open fresh smell: with vegetal hints suggesting acacia. A  finesse and an  elegance that reveals white flowers. The mouth attack is silky and fresh. Mellowness, acidity and the bubbling balance perfectly to give us a great aromatic richness : sweets with honey, lemon, brioche.
